2.1 CAD File Naming Conventions
All CAD files submitted must follow a structured naming convention to ensure compatibility with the ATL digital asset archive.
[ProjectNumber]_[Discipline]_[SheetNumber]- Example:
2340_A1_010
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
ProjectNumber | 4-digit code assigned to capital project |
Discipline | A1, M1, C3 etc. representing drawing type |
SheetNumber | Drawing ID in the sequence |
Common Issues & Exceptions
⚠️ Note: Avoid using underscores to represent spaces inside the sheet number.
